Hydraulic wrench is generally composed of hydraulic torque wrench body, hydraulic torque wrench special

station and double high-pressure hose high-strength heavy sleeve. Hydraulic wrench special pump has

two driving modes, one is electric drive mode, the other is pneumatic drive mode. After starting hydraulic

wrench hydraulic pump, hydraulic torque wrench has two driving modes Tubing medium, the pressure

generated by external objects can be transmitted through the medium hydraulic oil, hydraulic torque

wrench oil race rod rolling drive shaft to complete the bolt pre-tightening and loosening work.

Check before operation:

1, flammable and explosive environment should not be used electric hydraulic pump, should use

pneumatic hydraulic pump.

2, check the operation voltage of electric pump to meet 220V.

3. Check hydraulic spanner pump pressure adjustment, filtration, injection triple device, drainage, add

anti-wear hydraulic oil, intake pressure adjustment.

4, check the oil level of the hydraulic oil pump is above 0 lines, and the hydraulic oil is clear and

transparent. Special hydraulic fluids should be added and other oils must not be mixed.

5. Check if there is any bending damage in the ultra-high pressure hose; when connecting, straighten out

the hose without tangling, wipe clean and dirt-free plug socket, insert the quick-loading joint to the end to

ensure reliable connection, and lock the threaded sleeve by hand, otherwise the one-way valve in the

quick-loading joint can not supply oil normally without opening.
