PB-10D High Efficient Bench-type Automatic Plate Edge Beveling, Milling Machine
The machine uses high quality milling blade to process the metal plate, especially for carbon steel, stainless steel and other high hardness metal plate. PB-10D can meet customer's high demand for the surface roughness of plate beveling face.
1. Increase the input power, more reliable and stable process performance
2. The beveling angle of machine can adjust from 15° to 75°
3. Easy operation, one person can operate multiple machines at the same time
4. Single maximum bevel width is 10mm, and the maximum bevel width can reach to 18mm after multiply process.
5. Cold milling method will not affect the material property. The bevel edge surface does not have oxidation. The stainless steel plate does not need do acid pickling method before welding.
6. This machine is suitable for small and medium size plate. The blade head can install 4 pieces blade in it. Each group can process 800-1200m lengh plate and the cost is quite cheap.
